- Custom-made cakes or products that match the approved design/specifications but are not preferred in taste or style.

Cancellation Policy
At Bakers Village, we understand that plans can change. While we put our heart into preparing each order, we also aim to make the cancellation process as simple as possible.
You can cancel your order if:
- Same-day delivery orders: Cancellation is made within 15 minutes of placing the order.
- Next-day or future orders: Cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- The order has not yet entered the preparation stage.
Cancellations are not possible if:
- The order is already being prepared or is out for delivery.
- The order includes custom or bulk items for which preparation has already begun.
Refunds for eligible cancellations:
- Approved refunds will be processed within up to 7 working days for certain payment methods).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
